Fall Yoga Teacher Training
"Connecting To Spirit" (CTS) is a 200-hrs program that explores the authentic purpose of yoga. Yoga is a pathway that helps us to connect to the Universal Spirit that dwells in all of us. CTS Yoga is a practice that teaches us how to live in the moment, to experience our authentic selves as spiritual beings, to connect to the Divine and to experience peace and happiness.
In our chaotic world which focuses on the ego, materialism and consumerism, we often feel lost, empty and alone. Many search outwards for an answer which often leads to addictions (drugs, alcohol, eating, gambling, excessive shopping, etc...), depression/anxiety and disease. The only answer to this problem is to go within!
By connecting to Spirit, we realize our true selves and know that we are not alone. We are all connected spiritually. Through our yoga practice, we discover the spiritual well of peace, love and happiness. We access this every moment of the day and feel love. We no longer require "stuff" to bring us fulfillment as we embody our Spirit and the Divine.
Who benefits from "Connecting to Spirit" Yoga Teacher Training:
*everyone looking to deepen their connection to Spirit and their yoga practice,
